The prices indicated on this website are in Hong Kong dollars. Barring an obvious error, acceptance of your order constitutes your agreement to pay the price displayed on this website. Whilst every effort is made to ensure that all prices displayed on this site are accurate, all prices cannot be guaranteed to be correct and we reserve the right to correct any errors. If we become aware of an incorrect price for any product you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible, at which time you will have the option to reconfirm or cancel your order. If we cannot contact you, we will treat the order as a cancellation order. If your credit/debit card is not a Hong Kong dollar account, the final charge will be calculated in your account currency by your issuing bank based on the applicable exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed.

When you enter your personal information, payment information and submit the order, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the order. This email is only an acknowledgment of receipt of the order and does not constitute an acceptance of the order. Your order has been accepted and your contract with Nordeco has been completed when we send you an e-mail confirming that the goods have been dispatched. Only the items listed in the confirmation email sent at the time of shipment are included in the contract. Nordeco reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason at its sole discretion. Reasons include but are not limited to one of the following:

the items you ordered are out of stock, or are withdrawn because they do not meet our quality standards or because one or all of the ordered items are subject to delivery restrictions;

we discover an error in the price or description of the product;

we have failed to obtain payment authorization;

You are not eligible to purchase as set out in the Terms of Service.

Delivery and Pickup

When you place an order online, you will be notified of an expected delivery time. The Nordeco team will try its best to complete the delivery within the estimated time, but there is no guarantee that the goods will be delivered to you within the estimated time. Nordeco insures each order in transit until it is delivered to you or picked up. When picking up the product, you will need to sign an acknowledgment of receipt of the product. After signing, you start to take responsibility for the goods. If the consignee or pick-up person is not the original purchaser, it means that you accept the signature of the above-mentioned person as proof of delivery and indicate that Nordeco has completed your order, and at the same time accept the transfer of related responsibilities. return the goods

Nordeco wants to provide you with the best online shopping experience and therefore has a free, no-questions-asked returns policy. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with the item, you may return the item for a full refund. i) Customers can return the goods within 14 days after receiving the goods; ii) The returned goods must be in their original condition: that is, unworn/used, in original branded boxes and bags that have not been damaged, and with all labels and price tags All intact.
