We are actively working to expand our reach to include more countries in the future. Our central warehouse is located in Hong Kong. Typically, deliveries take approximately 2-3 weeks to most of the countries. Shipping times can be subject to variations arising from weather conditions and unforeseen circumstances. We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate urgent orders.

However, we do provide air freight delivery alternatives for certain countries. Should this option be available for your shipping address, you will have the opportunity to select it during the checkout process.

Order Tracking

For orders dispatched via sea freight, individual tracking numbers are not issued until the package clears customs at its destination. We provide an estimated arrival date for such orders. Once the package is collected by the local shipping company, a final tracking number will be generated, and you will receive it. Returns and Exchanges
