If the ordered product is in stock in the Taiwan warehouse, it will generally be sent from the Taiwan warehouse.

If the product is out of stock in the Taiwan warehouse/when the customer chooses to pay by cash on delivery, the product will be sent from the overseas warehouse, and the customer needs to register for the Ezway APP for customs declaration.
Although most of the orders do not need to pay additional customs duties, if it is necessary to pay, the customer will be responsible for it, and the company will not pay any customs duties and other fees.
Change shipping details
You must contact us within 48 hours after placing the order to complete the modification procedure.
In order to allow customers to receive the goods in the shortest time, we generally process orders immediately after customers pay, including material ordering, production, packaging and delivery.
The customer can request to cancel the order after payment and before the package is sent. If the reason for the cancellation is not due to the company's problem, the company has the right to ask the customer to bear the transaction processing fee of the order.
After the package is sent, the customer cannot cancel the order, and must contact customer service to arrange for the product to be returned after the package is signed. Returned products and packaging must be intact and unused. The company will return the order amount after receiving the package and checking it. We provide a 30-day unreasonable product return service, but the product and packaging must be intact and unused.
